This hotel had its ups and downs during my stay. On the plus side, the beachfront location was nice, and I enjoyed the spacious room with a fantastic sea view. The dining options were decent, offering a variety of meals. However, the noise from the busy road was quite bothersome, and some facilities felt outdated and limited. If you're looking for a vibrant atmosphere or activities after hours, this might not be the best choice.

Rooms

My room was spacious and had an amazing view of the sea. It felt comfortable overall, although the decor showed its age.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and eager to help, but language barriers made things tricky at times.
Location
6.0
The hotel is located right on the beach, but it's near a busy road which makes it noisy, especially at night.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast had a great variety of tasty options, and the dining experience was generally enjoyable.
Facilities
5.0
While the beach was nice, the pools were smaller than expected and not very clean on the first day. The outdoor pool's early closing time was frustrating.

Our stay at this hotel left us quite disappointed, especially since we were celebrating our honeymoon. The facilities are quite dated, and the overall atmosphere felt more like a family amusement park than a romantic getaway. Despite the beautiful ocean view from our room, the extra fees we incurred when checking out early were frustrating. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you're seeking a more tranquil experience.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were old and tired-looking, but we had a comfortable bed and a nice ocean view.
Service

The service wasn't great, and we often had to chase down payments, which was quite irritating.
Location

While the location has its perks, it felt a bit isolated if you wanted to explore outside the resort.
Dining

The dining options were average, and we didn't get to try everything due to the reservation issues.
Facilities

Facilities were geared towards children and families, which was not ideal for us.

The resort is a great option for families with kids, offering plenty of activities and a relaxing private beach area. The rooms are spacious and clean, but they definitely have an outdated feel. While the dining options are diverse, the quality and value were somewhat lacking. Overall, it’s decent for families, but couples might want to consider other options in Okinawa.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms are spacious and clean, but they feel very old and outdated, reminiscent of the 80s.
Service
6.0
Service at the hotel was generally good, but there were issues with billing and some staff not being well-informed about member benefits.
Location
7.0
The location is great for kids and has a private beach, but it’s a bit isolated from other restaurants and shops.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were plentiful, but the quality and taste of the food at the buffets didn’t meet expectations, and prices were on the high side.
Facilities
7.0
The resort has good facilities, including multiple pools and activities for children, but could use more elevators during busy times.

We had an enjoyable time at the hotel with a perfect setup for families. The facilities are impressive, especially the private beach and various pools. The dolphin experience was simply unforgettable! However, the hotel could use some renovations as the rooms felt a bit dated, especially in terms of furniture. Overall, the services and activities offered make it a family-friendly destination worth visiting.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit old-fashioned in style.
Service

The staff was very kind and made an effort to help us, although communication could sometimes be a bit challenging.

5.6/10

This resort is clearly designed with families in mind, featuring a private beach, an outdoor pool, and plenty of activities for kids. The room we stayed in felt quite outdated, and the dining options were average at best. While the service was decent, the overall experience was a bit overshadowed by the noise from the street at night. If you're looking for a family-friendly place with lots of things to do, this could work, but I wouldn't recommend it for couples or those seeking quieter accommodations.

Rooms
5.0
The room we had was very old and needed some serious updates; it felt like we were back in the 80s.
Service
5.0
The staff was polite, but it felt like they were constantly chasing us for payments and managing things in a disorganized way.
Location
6.0
The location is decent for staying on-site but pretty far if you want to explore nearby restaurants or shops, especially since we were kept up by loud street noise.
Dining
6.0
Dining was just okay; we had a better experience when we opted for the Teppanyaki breakfast, but overall, meals felt overpriced for the quality.
Facilities
7.0
There are quite a few facilities aimed at families, like the indoor pool and numerous activity options, but the noise level made it hard to enjoy some of them fully.
